In this scenario, technology-mediated Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) have become innovative strategies for health training from an intercultural perspective. In Brazil, this is exemplified by the reinforcement of comprehensive Indigenous health care initiatives under primary health care. Prison health is also part of this spectrum of measures, as seen in the National Policy for Comprehensive Healthcare for People Deprived of Liberty.
