[S.l.]: [s.n.], 2018. 521 p.http://hdl.handle.net/10400.2/7888O presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar os fatores linguísticos, sociolinguísticos e culturais que determinam os processos de aquisição e aprendizagem da competência pragmática em PLNM, no que se refere à expressão do ato ilocutório diretivo do pedido, por falantes provenientes da Guiné-Bissau a estudar no ensino superior em Portugal. Para efeitos do estudo em causa, alguns dos estudantes estando em Portugal há alguns meses e outros há mais de um ano. Para a realização do presente estudo, elaborámos uma ficha sociolinguística, para recolher informações de forma a caracterizar o perfil sociolinguístico dos nossos informantes, e um teste linguístico, para a recolha do corpus linguístico a analisar. Os resultados permitiram-nos verificar que: - os falantes que beneficiaram de uma maior imersão linguística apresentam uma maior competência pragmática; - a exposição à LP é um fator muito importante para a aquisição/aprendizagem da competência pragmática; - os falantes que optam pelas estruturas menos marcadas da língua-alvo, podem apresentar, em alguns casos, a cristalização dessas estruturas, como no caso da expressão «desculpa/e».The present study aims to analize the linguistic, sociolinguistic and cultural factors that determine the acquisition and learning processes of pragmatic competence in Portuguese as a Second Language, focussing on the speech act of request, by speakers from GuineaBissau studying a higher education level in Portugal. It must be taken into account the fact that some of the students have been in Portugal for a few months and others for more than a year. In order to carry out the present study, we developed a sociolinguistic form to collect information in order to characterize the sociolinguistic profile of our informants, and a linguistic test for the collection of the linguistic corpus to be analyzed.
