In this study a guiding model for teachers that are designing didactic materials to develop the phonetic-phonological component through songs is proposed. This model is based on a literature review and on a reorganization of the existing information. By going through its main questions and subtopics, a teacher can more easily design the didactic materials that are adjusted to the needs of the specific teaching context and foster the learning of pronunciation through songs.engDidactic materials designSecond language teachingSongsTeaching pronunciationSongs for pronunciation teaching: a guiding modeljournal article
