Pretende-se investigar o processo de aprendizagem através de um instrumento multimédia – DVD-ROM Instrumentos Musicais, de alunos pertencentes ao terceiro ciclo do Ensino Básico em Educação Musical. Esta investigação pretende averbar se este instrumento/ferramenta multimédia Instrumentos Musicais (que se pode enquadrar no patamar dos Produtos Educacionais Multimédia) é um bom veículo de transmissão de conhecimentos e se facilita as aprendizagens funcionando como complemento comparativamente a uma aula denominada de tradicional. O estudo recai sobre a observação dos alunos em aula e da análise de dados resultantes de um questionário a ser aplicado no final da aula. Prevê-se a divulgação ao meio educacional do instrumento em investigação, se se verificar, que o projecto DVD-ROM – Instrumentos Musicais proporciona a aprendizagem, na mesma medida que uma aula designada de tradicional o faria This work is based on an educational investigation. It is intended to investigate the students’ learning process through a multimedia instrument – a DVD-ROM called “Instrumentos Musicais", in 3º ciclo do Ensino Básico within the subject Educação Musical. With this investigation it is intended to evaluate/register whether this multimedia instrument/tool Musical Instruments (which can be considered within the platform of the Multimedia Educational Products) may be a good means of transmitting knowledge or not, and whether it helps the learning process, comparatively to a kind of class taught in a traditional way. The study will focus its attention on the observation of students during class and on the analysis of the data resulting from a questionnaire to be applied in the end of the class.
