Pensando nas relações do ensino e aprendizagem e, principalmente, na importância do papel do educador contemporâneo, o presente trabalho pretende, por meio das abordagens teóricas e práticas, identificar as práticas didáticas desenvolvidas pelos professores de educação básica envolvidos nesta investigação para conceber, assim, um material com diretrizes de orientação para a formação desses professores embasados nas metodologias ativas de aprendizagens. A metodologia do presente trabalho seguiu o estudo de investigação teórico prática. Os instrumentos utilizados nas fases de investigação foram a aplicação de questionários seguidos da elaboração do material orientativo sobre as metodologias ativas para a formação desses professores. Participaram destes momentos professores do 1º ao 3º ano do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola particular da cidade de São Paulo, Brasil. Os principais resultados identificados, de acordo com a análise dos questionários, foi a necessidade de ampliação de conhecimentos das metodologias ativas por parte dos professores e sua utilização contínua e mais fundamentada em sala de aula já que grande parte do grupo tem interesse e acredita no método. In the face of the constant changes in society and its technological advancements, the world has been transformed at a high speed and in this sense, the education could not remain stagnant to the old traditional didactic models. Thinking about the relations of teaching and learning and, mainly, about the importance of the role of the contemporary educator, the present work intends, through theoretical and practical approaches, to identify the didactic practices developed by the teachers of basic education involved in this investigation to conceive, thus, a material with guidelines for the training of these teachers based on active learning methodologies. The methodology of the present work followed the study of theoretical and practical investigation. The instruments used in the investigation phases were the application of questionnaires followed by the elaboration of guidance material on the active methodologies for the formation of these teachers. Teachers from the 1st to the 3rd year of elementary school from a private school in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, participated in these moments.
