| Abstract: | Esta pequena retrospetiva sobre a receção problemática de vários filmes rotulados ‘antiguerra’ e produções que tematizam a revolta estudantil no final dos anos 60 baseia-se no meu artigo ‘The Subversive and the Sublime: Aspects of the British, German and Portuguese Critical Reception of ‘Anti-War’Films in the Aftermath of May ’68’, publicado no livro Plots of War. Modern Narratives of Conflict (org. Isabel Capeloa Gil e Adriana Martins, 2012). A minha abordagem junta intencionalmente duas temáticas e dois géneros cinematográficos, porque os filmes sobre a juventude rebelde escolhidos apresentam em muitos casos também atitudes ‘antiguerra’ direcionadas contra a geração dos pais que foi responsável pelos conflitos armados. |
